The pages on tom-lola.com are written for parents, guardians, teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their email address, write to hello@tom-lola.com and we will delete it promptly.

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to store the list and send the emails, and Vercel to host this website. They process this data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell your email address, rent it, or share it with anyone else.
Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again by mistake.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will act on it.
